總務處係一全校性的服務支援單位，維護學校的正常運作外，在學校追求卓越的成長與發展過程中，優化教學環境，嚴謹管理財務與公產。。

◎持續推動的長期重點工作如下：
一、建立有效率的行政支援單位，成立校園修繕小組，班級維修等自提出申請書一週內完成。 
二、強化主動發現問題、主動解決問題的積極精神。
三、堅守行政效率與效果並重的行事態度；即最短時間完成目標，最低成本達成目標。
